See yelp review. Highly dissatisfied. Quoted waiting times are not accurate. Lack of attention to detail and management involvement cause rework on a vehicle and lost wages for me to bring the vehicle back so they can correct their mistake. Mounted directional tire incorrectly cross climates. Do not recommend purchasing or buy tires here.

With my appointment i was in and out faster than stated always told step by step the progress of my vehicle

I had pre-purchased the tires and had an appointment but the procedure for checking in was not clear to me. After arrival, I stood inside for 10 minutes, I ended up going back outside to sit in the LONG line outside the garage. Fortunately, the person with me was willing to simultaneously go back inside and wait and eventually was able to talk to somebody inside. I was then told to park the car and come back inside. There clearly was not enough staff in the showroom. Perhaps a "greeter" to answer questions would help. When we finally did succeed in dropping of the car and leaving, it was well over an hour and a half before I was notified that the car was ready. Just an overall terrible experience. I won't return.

Employee was very accommodating and we compared recommended tire selection. He explained the pros & cons of the tires, asked me questions about my driving habits, where I do the most driving, weather concerns I have about tire performance. He recommended a tire and gave me a complete "out-the-door" price for all four tires being replaced. He told me the "perks" of buying at Discount Tire ex. Tire rotation, free tire repair, etc. He also went out and inspected the problem tire and the rest of the tires before we started looking at new ones. He noted my tires were 9yrs. old and told me I was well past the recommended replacement time of 6yrs. I also want to give praise to the two young men who checked my tire in the days previous to my purchase. Both were very nice and showed concern. On the second time I came for a tire inflation, the young man checked my tire valve, and visually inspected my tire, to see if he could see anything piercing my tire. I told him my tires were the originals that came on the car, when I bought it, so that's probably the problem. I might add, that the car shop area was also clean and organized. All in all, these things add up and explain why I've been coming to Discount Tire for the past 14 years. Keep up the good work Guys!
