Tire installation was for a RV, and they nailed it! They price matched and got the job done on time.

I had my tires rotated, balanced and air pressure checked. The air pressure was different on 3 tires and damaged the paint on one rim next to the nozzle.

I arrived at store and only waited couple minutes before associate attended me. He then scanned my old tires for size and showed all tire pricing. All quote and install for 2 tires took about a hour, which was quick considering they were super busy. So overall I am completely satisfied with service, Thanks Discount Tires

I love Discount Tire. The employees are always wonderful and they always offer a good price on tires. Their repair/relace insurance against any problem with your tires is such a great deal.

I was won over by knowledge and friendliness! I almost picked another tire provider because of a negative experience I had at a different Discount Tire store that was a little closer to my home. But I decided to try the Genesee San Diego Discount Tire location and I'm very glad that I did. Sebastian, Ryan and every other staff member I dealt with at this location was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and just downright friendly and happy. They were very busy and all working hard, but I could tell that leadership at this location must have created and fostered an excellent working culture. I had a slightly special request and everyone took the time to help me. They knew what they were doing, they were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They even stayed open an extra 15 minutes on a Saturday so I didn't have to come back. I have multiple cars and I will 100% be coming to this store for my next set of tires.

I went in without an appointment and they were really busy, but the wait was still under two hours. The Genessee location is surrounded by stores and restaurants so there’s plenty to do while waiting. The associate was professional and friendly, which has been my experience at all Discount Tire branches. Got a good deal on my tires too!
