New Tires and Wheel Store in Chandler, AZ 85224

They had trouble driving my manual tranmission and couldn't succsefully keep track of a simple tire rotation, putting the front passenger tire back in the same spot, i know because the i could see the plug that another location did three days prior was still on that same tire, a tire that the other location failed to balance, because the tech said it was 3 oz. off when i asked, confirming the lack of thoroughness from the other store as well. its a shame too, because i have been using discount tire co. for 28 years now, and now i will go elsewhere, bummer!

From the moment I walk into the store the employees are very attentive. They are very prompt with service and very pleasant at the end when they are going over everything that was done. I have been a Discount customer for many years and love the warranty policy and the service. Will not go anywhere else unless it’s an emergency where there isn’t a Discount nearby or are closed,
