Hankook iON EVO AS
The Hankook iON EVO AS keeps your EV rolling for miles to come!
Hankook iON EVO AS Features
The Hankook iON EVO AS is Hankook’s first dynamic foray into the world of electric vehicle tires.
But just because it’s the first doesn’t mean there’s much to improve on! With exciting and purposeful features in efficiency and performance, this tire lives up to its name: Evo for evolution!
The iON EVO AS promises glue-like grip across a range of road and weather conditions (thanks to its M+S designation). It also delivers increased tread life, longer battery range and a quiet, comfortable ride. The EVO AS features a rugged, strong construction to handle the extreme weight and rigors of your electric vehicle’s battery packs. It’s also available in a wide range of sizes, making it suitable for many popular EVs today! This all-season tire checks all the boxes!
Other features of the iON EVO AS include:
Optimized ground pressure distribution promotes even and enhanced treadwear, leading to longer service and fewer tire replacements.
This extended tread life is also furthered by a high-concentration silica and eco-friendly compound that keeps the miles coming!
Noise absorbing materials, optimized multi-pitch sequencing and knurling technology within the tire’s tread decrease cabin noise by up to 9dB without sacrificing performance.
The advanced tire tread compound and optimized curing technology reduce rolling resistance for increased battery range.
Lateral and cornering rigidity from EV contour technology yield significant increases in traction and grip performance.
3D GripKontrol Sipes on the main tread optimize the tire’s shape for outstanding performance in wet, dry and light snow conditions.
