I shopped on your website for my tires. Easy to add my car and review the available tires and compare them and compare prices. Once I chose them, bought online with quote for tax, install, warranty, etc. and finance option with 0% interest. Bought in Wednesday, made appointment for Friday and Sergio called me Thursday and said my tires were in and he could get me in, but due to my schedule, I kept my Friday morning. When I arrived, Sergio remembered he called me, got me in and out quickly. I absolutely love my experience and my new tires, the way they make my drive feel.

So my experience with your company in Palm spring has been excellent.

Bought 4 tires and waited for installation. After waiting 45 minutes they told me that actually they had sold those tires to someone else 4 minutes before I paid for them. Was told to go home and wait for Anthony to call the next day at 11:00 to confirm the 11:30 appointment for installation of 4 more tires that would be delivered overnight. Next day no call from Anthony and when I arrived at 11:30 there was no Anthony and no 11:30 appointment. But the tires were there. An hour later they installed the tires. Driving away I heard a new ticking sound coming from one of the wheel/tires. I will likely take it to the car dealership to be resolved rather than return to this store.
