Best experience buying new tires

The staff and installers have been the best. Going to this location for over 10 years and I hope their service stays the same. I've been to Mercedes, Lexus services and this Orange location rivals or even does better than them.

I have always been taking care of at America's tire for the last 10 years , no other place I go to buy tires.

I was very impressed with the customer service, courtesy, honesty, and total professionalism from all the staff especially Sergio who helped me check in and complete the service on my car. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The gentleman who helped me check the tire pressure on my car was wonderful. I also knew that I needed new windshield blades and he helped me with that as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and will return when I need tires or when I need to have my tire pressure checked again.

America's Tire has served me well many times over the years. Always great service. Even when they are busy, it's pleasant. Most tire shops can't compare to them. There is only one other that comes close, and it's mom and pop shop. I've had many vehicles and purchased at least a dozen full sets of tires and some one-offs. America's Tire is the best.

I normally get my tires installed at home, but family/friends recommended you because of there great experience when they had to get there flat tire fixed and found out it was free even though they did not buy it there, so I figured that’s a really good company. I called and purchased/ ordered my tires ,spoke to Brandi ( pleasant/ knowledgeable), next day I was notified it arrived- made appointment for installation- instructed them I need to be out by 12 noon ( picking up my kid from school) - the tires was installed , the wait was not long, got out on time. Overall the store is clean and the people were pleasant/knowledgeable. Looks like I’ll be a repeat customer.

All guys here were very polite and professional. My tires were installed on time exactly as planned for my appointment. Also the price is the best in town. Great deal buying online T Tire Rack and then installing at America's Tire!! Did know what I was missing!! I use to ship my tires home to then look for a installer....not anymore!! These guys diverse your business!! Juan was a great service advisor!!

Fast efficient and most important they are honest.

Came in as I had a slow leak in a tire and had called ahead to see if they could handle that. Yep. Came in and was out of there in a very reasonable time and handled another potential problem at very reasonable cost i.e. rotating, and balancing, I will be going back there for my tire needs.

I was nervous to get tires as I wasn’t financially ready for them, but knew I needed them. The times I had gone in for an air fill up, the guys were always so nice and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. Daniel had quoted me a price about 3 weeks ago, so finally I decided to go in this past weekend. Robert took care of me and my friend and tended to our requests and helped us out so much. He is AWESOME!!! Towards the end of my visit, I had something else I needed help with and Robert was able to assist me, with the help of John (the GM) and Brandi. Brandi ended up finishing my transaction and I couldn’t have asked for better people to encounter. The Orange location is GREAT!! I will continue to recommend others to them.

My sensors came on right after leaving the store. They didn’t put air in my tires. I called the person that helped me when I walked in told me it was my sensors were broken. Really!?!?

They were very knowledgeable and professional also incredibly fast!
