Toyo Tire Open Country A/T III

Choose the Toyo Open Country A/T III 35X11.50R17 LT 118Q C1 BSW, an all-terrain tire built for drivers who want off-road traction, responsive on-road handling, wet-road confidence, severe-snow capability, and a quiet, stable ride. This 35X11.50R17 Open Country A/T III is a popular 35-inch flotation fitment for select Jeep Gladiator, Ford Bronco, Toyota 4Runner, Toyota Tacoma, Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, Jeep Wrangler models, plus similar trucks, SUVs, vans, and lifted builds using 17-inch wheels.

Best for: truck, SUV, Jeep, and van owners who split time between pavement, gravel, job sites, trail roads, and changing weather on lifted Jeeps, Broncos, midsize trucks, and trail-focused SUV builds, especially in a 35X11.50R17 size with 118Q C1 capability.

Why choose the Toyo Open Country A/T III in 35X11.50R17?

  • Built for lifted Jeeps, Broncos, midsize trucks, and trail-focused SUV builds: The 118Q C1 rating is a strong match for Jeeps, midsize trucks, and trail builds that need LT construction without a heavier load range.

  • On-road comfort with off-road bite: The Open Country A/T III is designed for predictable highway handling, quiet ride quality, and confident traction on gravel, dirt, job sites, and weekend trails.

  • 3PMSF severe-snow capability: The tire carries the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol, giving truck and SUV drivers added confidence in cold weather and winter conditions.

  • Durable all-terrain tread: Toyo's advanced tread compound and design focus on wet braking and handling, cut-and-chip resistance, off-road grip, and long treadwear life.

  • Trail-ready tread features: Staggered shoulder lugs, stone-ejecting blocks, increased lateral grooves, and 3D multi-wave sipes help support traction, stability, wet and snow grip, stone evacuation, and more even wear.

Sidewall seems to be softer than the Goodyears that were on it, causing it not to handle as well on the road.

Tires still have plenty of tread on them. I have had no issues.

Tires do very well in medium mud situations. Haven’t gotten stuck quite yet.
