This is my third set of these tires … they last less than two years … I get VERY LITTLE BACK PRO RATE … so I feel these tires have FAILED my expectation… I would expect more from your product and your customer service… I am a senior citizen 80 years old a very safe driver, and on the fixed income, my entire every two years is unacceptable when they’re guaranteed to last like double that .
My car is 2017 BMW X-5 X40E Hybrid, which has a high voltage battery where the spare tire would normally go, so it needs to have run-flat tires. I had just bought it and did not know this at the time. After carefully checking my car, you guys sold me standard tires. So if I get a flat , I'm really going to remember you guys!
