have consistently experienced long wait times, even when I book my service online. Last week, I scheduled a tire rotation and balance appointment for 4:30 PM and arrived early at 4:15 PM. I was told the service would take about an hour. However, after waiting 30 minutes, my vehicle had still not been taken into the service bay. During that time, I noticed a Mercedes-Benz that arrived after me was taken in before my car. When I asked the front desk why, I was told that customer had been waiting earlier, left to run errands, and then returned. That explanation didn't make sense to me. If customers can leave and come back while keeping their place in line, it doesn't seem fair to those of us who stay and wait. I scheduled an appointment and arrived early, yet my vehicle was still delayed. I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer for years, but this experience made me feel like my time and loyalty were not valued. The scheduling process and communication need to be more consistent and professional. Because of repeated delays like this, I'm now looking for a different tire company.

Horrible customer service. Employees always try to upsell although the tires are repairable within the thread with a flat fix kit. They always wanna give hard time by selling tire and when you deny the purchase they just want you out of the store as quickly as possible. Employees behave like they own the store although its a frachise not private owned

Jandy Pineda, handled my visit with outstanding customer service. We had just moved back to Sugar Land area in last month. My wife's car seemed to have a slow leak in the left rear tire. The tires were still the factory tires. He had the leak fixed and rotated the tires for no charge. He checked my purchase records and saw that I had purchased tires in this store 8 years ago before we moved away and had recently purchased Michelin tires for my truck at a location we had moved from in Lufkin. That is why I use Discount Tire

I want to say that the service here is usually great, and that’s exactly why this situation is so disappointing. Unfortunately, someone stole the phone holder from my Tesla Model Y while it was at the store. Honestly, this is shocking and extremely frustrating. I never imagined something like this could happen at a reputable place like Discount Tire. Customers trust that their vehicles and belongings will be safe while they are being serviced, and this experience has seriously shaken that trust. I truly hope the store takes this matter seriously and looks into what happened so that other customers do not have to go through the same situation.
