We had a punctured tire & we just checked out from the hotel & was driving back from. Houston to San Antonio so we have it fixed urgently at Discount Tire. Though we have to wait for 2 hours as there were 10 customers ahead of us, it was worth the wait & surprisingly, we weren't charged for the service. Praise God! Thanks Discount Tire! Was grateful for your excellent service because it really helped us a lot because we were caught in the storm during our way back to San Antonio, & we all made our way back home smoothly & safely, of course with God's protection too! God is so good! Highly recommended!

Fast courteous service

Robert came out and met me in the parking lot. He looked at tire (flat tire in the back of my SUV). He called Faulken tires and since the tire had only 8500 miles and he was able to get a replacement tire at no charge. I only had to pay for installation. I bought a full warranty on all 4 tires including rotation and balancing. I would highly recommend Discount Tires. The new tire arrived the next day, I came in and they had the new tire installed and rotated and balanced all tires, It took less then 15 minutes. Highly efficient!! I would definitely recommend Robert, (in the Sugar Land, TX Hwy 6 store) and Discount Tires. Fast, affordable and efficient !!!

Just as I have a particular hairstylist, I have a particular tire-man (Michael Johnson) whom I trust to keep me safe on the road. He’s very knowledgeable in what he does and very helpful when buying tires. He makes sure that you’re back on the road as quickly as possible.

Went with a tire leaking air every 2 week or so. Associate mentioned no visible nails and will check the tire. Tire was fixable and did tire rotation for free. Very satisfied.

All employees are very nice and knowledgeable, the tech I’ve worked with the past couple of times going into the store, Johnathan, was very friendly and welcoming. They’re pretty accurate on quoted time. I prefer this store to others. They’re doing a great job.
