I'm a return customer having purchased new tires last year. I was a walk-in customer to get a leaky tire fixed and to get a wheel alignment. The store was booked/busy; so, I expected a long wait time. I was told approx 3hrs but they were able to get to my car after an hour. Work was completed in about an hour. All staff were courteous, professional, and kept me informed.

The staff at the Dublin location are awesome!

I’m a value customer and take all my cars to Americas tire in Dublin and I know walk in is quite a wait. But when I was waiting I was observing the techs. There’s 4 bays at the shop and all I see is 1 tech working on 1 car and I see the other techs sitting on the tires on their phones with 3 empty bays. With techs like that no wonder the wait is over 4 hours long for walk in. Honestly if there was more sense of urgency maybe the wait time won’t be as long. So the whole time I was there I seen 4-5 techs walk on 1 car but only 1 tech working while the other stand around and wait. Than whats the point having all those tech and bays when they don’t use it. I take all my cars there and I been to different location and the other locations all they bays will be filled up with cars but this location on that day was different and I know my car and other cars would’ve been done way Earlier and faster than quoted
