Generally inget well taken care of only isdue is parking and i was lucky to find a space right next to the driveway.

scratched my forged wheel while mounted tires... This was my only trusted place but let me down. I asked for them to becareful.

Sales person failed to inspect tire puncture by demounting the tire first before saying it couldn't be repaired. Was sold a new tire unnecessarily. Subsequent call to main office resulted in a refund of the cost of the tire, so satisfied with the outcome and recommend this company .

Have to go back the following day for another wheel balance since the first one wasn't balanced properly. Steering wheel was shaking on the freeway. Wasted 2 hours of my time.

I came to the store to set up an appointment because the website was down. The staff were helpful and were able to squeeze me in with dropping the car off first thing the next morning. They thought they would have the car done around 10:00AM and it was :) There were a few impatient and rude customers, but the staff tried to be helpful from what I saw.

These guys rock!
