New Tires and Wheel Store in Castle Rock, CO 80108

I’ve been a discount tire loyalist for years, but will say that this store has dropped in service over the last 2 years. Buying and booking an appointment, I was still at the facility for almost 2 hrs. Per there own check in time, I was early to my appointment (15 mins) and wasn’t officially checked on the system for 30 mins, which then started the clock. I noticed this is common practice with all customers as 2 others had appointments and when looking at the screens they provide, everyone was checked in 30 mins minimum after there appointment time, thus pushing anyone who walked in ahead of those with an appointment. I get walk in’s also need service, but why push, or ask for appointments if you’re not going to at least honor those times? I mentioned the sensors in the tires to the sale guy wanting them checked or replaced, No problem, only thing that happened, is they reset them, after driving 15 mins, tire sensor light came on, with ALL 4 tires showing no pressure. Went back to the store and instead of handling at the same time (spent over $1200 on 4 brand new tires) they said you have to come back, making another appointment to have them fixed. That appointment showed up, 5 mins early, and wasn’t checked in 40 mins late. Thus making the appointment almost 2 hrs 15 mins. Total time for 2 experiences is close to 4-4:30 mins. Discount used to be much more honest, and trustworthy but clearly lacking all of that. Manager hid in the office refusing to come out to assist with anyone. Sad to see after being with Discount all my life, and through my parents time I can remember.

Discount Tire's in house training, customer service, and sales experience is the best in the industry. You can trust them to take great of you and your vehicle. I'll always buy my tires and have my tire service done by them. I always highly recommend them.

Until I see my issues resolved, my reviews are here to stay. I am disappointed to have to have spent $1000 from my pocket and still have my truck treated the way it did coming here. After initially scheduling, I was told my tires would be received either later that same day or sometime the next day. Little did I know I would be waiting the next three days for a call and not receive anything because they were not calling back. The stack of papers made from client profiles. Calling back to the store was no use either. When you arrive, you quickly realize this, as you hear their phone ringing endlessly as you are talking to their representative. There was a sale going on for the tires online, which they did not match at the time they finally did the tires and instead gave me a lesser “discount on one of the tires”. Got the truck back and found it was missing a center cap, missing all tire caps, missing a bead lock screw, and my tires were under-inflated. I went back to this place 5 times in 2 weeks and am still waiting for the full solution to my “simple“ problem. The technicians were very respectful, but that doesn’t help when they aren’t paying attention.
