The staff is always professional and courteous and quick. Prices for tires are in line and reasonable with other places. But really it’s the customer service that keeps me coming back, they have nailed it!

Angelo at America's Tires was FANTASTIC!! And the whole staff was friendly! Niello Acura Service Center would sooner eat a live rat than greet you when you walk in the door. At least 3 people asked me if I had been helped at America's Tires. Angelo was especially helpful. I did have to ask them if they had checked for my tire warranty -but when they checked and noted that I was covered for free, they didn't blink and provided my complete replacement. I just had to pay for the matching new tire.

I have been to this store several tires. I purchased my tires here and have had this store handle all my tire needs. The staff is always friendly and professional. I always use the online scheduling and I am always happy and satisfied with the process. I would like to give a special shout out to Nicholas B on this visit for handling my service and recommending wiper blades and tire replacement on a punctured sidewall tire. He was very friendly and professional. Exactly why I only use America's tire.

Brought my car in for a rotation. I currently have Michelins with 33k on them. The person who checked me in said the tread was on the low end which I expected. While waiting, I got a call from a different associate that tried fear tactics and some pretty heavy pressure to get me to buy a new set of tires. He said I shouldn't drive on them, at all. I'd heard him applying these exact same tactics to a young man as I entered the store. I didn't appreciate it, I don't trust it. And I will go to Les Schwab from now on. So long, AT.
