Employees don't really care about the customers because they are "too busy " and they will overcharge and not tell you about the extra optional charges that they just add on. They will promise one price and purposely charge you more and make excuses for the exorbitant total.

I had to return to the shop because the rotate and inflate/inspect tire service that I went in for was “rushed”…the recalibration after inflation/rotation work was not performed correctly/thoroughly and my car’s a few minutes after driving away from the shop my display started and then kept showing “check inflation” warnings…I would have preferred that you all would have taken the full 45min to 1 hr time that was given as “estimated time” to do a thorough job the first time rather than being informed the car was ready after 35 minutes but then in the freeway I got the warning messages and then had to drive back and the total time was 90 minutes for the job being done correctly and my having to make “double trip” travel to/from your shop.
