Great customer service at your Temecula store. Fixed my flat tire in less time that was given. Employee approaches me the minute I got there. And, at the end they even drove my car to the front where I was waiting. You can rarely ever get this kind of service from any business now a days. And, I really appreciated it!!!. Recently had a great experience at America’s Tire in Temecula. Was immediately greeted by two tire installers team members as I approached the entrance “welcome to our store”. Rafael greeted me and expressed genuine customer service, made an honest recommendation on four new tires for my vehicle. Relaxed purchase with no pressure approach. Had appointment. Zeff wrote order. Done very quickly. Hub cap broken, replacement ordered. Told them tire pressure I wanted in front and rear. Tire pressure was 5 pounds less than I requested in rear tires.

I understand every business, especially those in the service industry, will experience problems from time to time. But when a long term customer experiences a problem, your reputation is based on how to react to the issue. How you respond to the problem to ultimately resolve it and then how do you ensure that customer returns given his most recent experience. My car has been damaged i.e. not returned to me in the same condition it was given to you. I’m still waiting for a resolution which could include paying for the repair.
