Recently had a great experience at America’s Tire in Temecula. Was immediately greeted by two tire installers team members as I approached the entrance “welcome to our store”. Rafael greeted me and expressed genuine customer service, made an honest recommendation on four new tires for my vehicle. Relaxed purchase with no pressure approach. Had appointment. Zeff wrote order. Done very quickly. Hub cap broken, replacement ordered. Told them tire pressure I wanted in front and rear. Tire pressure was 5 pounds less than I requested in rear tires.

I have used Discount/Americas tire for 30+ years and never been disappointed with the product or service. My last set of tires were disappointing and I brought them back and they were replaced and I am totally satisfied. Will continue to use Americas tire and recommend them to friends and family.

Staff are very kind, but long waiting time

Other then the damage done by a careless employee to my 2023 new car that I only had for 2 days. Make sure you watch what these guys do when they are lifting up your car?
