Sales rep and technicians were professional, knowledgeable and experienced in providing service.
Great Customer service from Robert and Scott. Timely service also considering I was a drop in with 2 vehicles
Super competent, helpful, accurate, respectful & friendly. They finished my tire in under the 1/2 hour they predicted. America’s Tire just won all my future tire business.
Great service all around, knowledgeable people and polite. This is the only place I ever go when I have a tire problem.
My second time getting tire service here. Unfortunately, this appointment wasn’t as positive as my first. I ordered 4 new tires and installation as well as had them replace tire sensors at the same time. The service was done accordingly and timely. When I went to get the car, I was handed the key and told to drive 20 mins to have sensors kick in. After running around and driving for a few hours, the tire indicator light was still on. I went back to tire center and this time a different technician told me that my sensors may be faulty. “We got the same reading when we tested it. They are a “hit or miss and sometimes they don’t work. I can purchase new ones here at tire center and they can install it (remove the tire they just put on and change out the sensor) for a discount”. Or I could take the car to the dealership and have them recalibrate and look at it. I wasn’t very happy with this updated information. Why didn’t they tell me this when they checked it before I left? Now I have more work to do to order a sensor, schedule an appointment- to get the indicator light to sense correctly and turn off. So now I’m forced to buy a new sensor and have them reinstall it again. Fingers crossed it’s just a faulty sensor. I hate wasting time and money. I wish they had told me immediately when the car was still getting worked on.
