Friendly staff, informative, and a delight to work with! I was about 4 hours from he when my tire blew. I called the store and the person I talked to (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) did a physical check to make sure they had my tire in stock and not just trusted the computer. When I arrived they did an inspection, went over everything with me and were very friendly and honest about what i needed right away and what could wait. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this location.

Fast and on time

very good experience. One thing I feel little strange is during my waiting time at home, someone called me from the store to check change one tire or four tires ? . . .. then I think after we talked to front desk, there should be a working list. why asked me again. is it a double check ? all other experience are great, I walked in at noon, and got my car around 5:00 pm. Thanks !

Good customer service

Ruined my EV tire and it had to be towed. Don't try repairs if you don't know how to do it. Btw I was able to drive this car for 200+ miles before this got damaged in just 30 mins at this America's Tire. Would never return.

I was a good experience for the previous service but the recent one makes me disappointed. Because I got estimated time when I dropped my car and informed to get my car with in 2 hours and to text me or call me when they finished the service .but never received text or call for 5 hours so when I call to check they told me it's finished and didn't even apologize for not sending text or call I'm disappointed .

The sales personnel and shop personnel are true professionals and always give excellent customer service.
