I found the store to be clean efficiently run well staffed with friendly, courteous and knowledgeable employees who got me and out with a brand new set of tires and rims couldn't be more happier with the service I received.

I bought my tires at an American tire store in San Ramon…I was 100 miles away from that store when I developed a slow leak…I found I was near the Store in Rocklin, Ca. I went in fully expecting to have a major wait…I was told that it would take about 45 minutes…I sat down and received text messages updating me on what was going on with my car and giving updates that it would be ready as promised in 45 minutes….true to their word my car was ready in about 40 minutes…I expected to be told that because I had bought my tires at a different store, there would be some charge…Nope…repair made, shown nail that had been removed from tire, and told no charge….i’m so impressed with the professionalism shown, the friendly experience, and am so gal that I bought my tires from such a reputable company….I guarantee that I’m a customer for life…

The best tire shop experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff was helpful and communicative. Jamison assisted me with evaluating what tires I needed and gave me recommendations. I so appreciate the expertise and honesty when it comes to my vehicle repairs. The service and tire install was super quick and I only was there start to finish about 30 minutes. Including replacing the 2 tires. Thank you so much!

Roman told me he was fairly new there, but he did seem to know the products, helped me find what I needed and didn't try to talk me into something else. He was very polite and has an honest manner about him. He is an asset to your company. I've purchased tires for your company before and had a similar experience. I've also had bad experiences at other tire stores which is why I keep coming back to your company.

Just overall, they were attentive and helpful. I watched them greet customers when they walked in. I watched them attend to the line when it was long. They were friendly and they helped out. Have been to 3 locations, Folsom, Roseville and Arden and they've all been great. A customer for life.

I bought my tires from this particular shop. Today I came in for a free tire rotation and they informed I needed one thing after another. Naturally, I was annoyed and told them so. They were so gracious and took care of me, to my utter surprise, no charge. I was shocked. This was unexpected and extremely appreciated! I will forever come back to this store because they care and I know they will take care of me. I also expect that I will have to pay for my future services. We’ve been going to (this) America’s Tire since we got our second set of tires for our old 08 Camry. When we got our first Tesla (MS) in 2016 we were scared that tire stores didn’t know how to properly work on them without damaging the battery pack. Well now we’re on our third Tesla (MS, MYP, MXP) and this store is the only non-Tesla tire shop we trust! Guessing ICE cars also get the same treatment too.

Ask for Ozzy. He was very helpful and took care of me after a very minor issue with a tire. He went out of his way to make it right and really went the extra mile. I appreciated his attention to detail and desire to make sure I was confident in the product. You don’t get service like that at any store.

In and out in less then an hour. Great knowledge of tires.
