I bought my tires from this particular shop. Today I came in for a free tire rotation and they informed I needed one thing after another. Naturally, I was annoyed and told them so. They were so gracious and took care of me, to my utter surprise, no charge. I was shocked. This was unexpected and extremely appreciated! I will forever come back to this store because they care and I know they will take care of me. I also expect that I will have to pay for my future services. Thank you to Brenton- who was extremely polite and his service manager!!

We’ve been going to (this) America’s Tire since we got our second set of tires for our old 08 Camry. When we got our first Tesla (MS) in 2016 we were scared that tire stores didn’t know how to properly work on them without damaging the battery pack. Well now we’re on our third Tesla (MS, MYP, MXP) and this store is the only non-Tesla tire shop we trust! Guessing ICE cars also get the same treatment too.

Ask for Ozzy. He was very helpful and took care of me after a very minor issue with a tire. He went out of his way to make it right and really went the extra mile. I appreciated his attention to detail and desire to make sure I was confident in the product. You don’t get service like that at any store.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Although they were incredibly busy everyone was kind and quick. Stanford Ranch made it the best experience. Will be back and will be recommending this store!

I have been buying all my wheels and tires from AT for over 25 years only once I went to les shwab because it was closer to my new home and was disappointed never went back I just wish you gave better long term customer discount as I do not shop around and just come in when I need tires I also am confused on buying the road hazard again when a tire is damaged beyond repair to me the warranty should be for the life of the set of 4 like it used to be overall I am a pretty loyal happy customer

Loved the buy online and set up an install appointment experience. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Staff were attentive and friendly, facility is clean. I loved being able to watch the staff work, it was interesting. Text message updates during service. I was recommended to come to the Rocklin location and now I know why I already referred a friend who also had great service. Americas Tire has it down! Great experience!

I've been coming there for quite some time now. My first visit, I told them I didn't buy my tires through them but only needed a rotation. They didn't charge me. Been going there ever since. We had 4 vehicles, 3 of them Toyota. Toyota still charges for rotations. Great service & great employees.

I won’t buy tires anywhere else.

Was very happy with my visit.. but.. I had to come back n a separate day for my 4th tire that I purchased online.. seems they only had 3/4 on my appointment date. I was not offered a discount or rebate for the cost in extra gas and time this cost me to attend 2 separate visits.. what a bummer

Awesome, selected and paid for tires online, booked appointment, was greeted at the door as I arrived. Was able to watch the process, a ream replaced all four tires on my wife’s car like clockwork! Was out with new tires, mounted, balanced in under 45 minutes! Best retail experience I have in a long time.

The Rocklin store is amazing, outstanding customer service, always punctual and a fantastic price matching system. I will only shop for tires and wheels at Americas Tire, even if it means stranding a few dollars more, it is worth it!

The only issue I had is that my vehicles were not saved on my profile. I had to add the 2 vehicles back in.

Didn’t have an appointment. Was quoted about a 2 hour wait which was fine. Left the store and had not heard back after that truck was done. Called 3 hours after dropping it off and said it was done but never received a text or phone call that it was until I called the store.

Got in and out quickly without an appointment
