Lot was full when I pulled in. Had to park on street. Staff was very friendly and worked very quickly. However, I got 4 new tires installed and they managed to completely scuff up all 4 wheels during installation

First time purchased a tire from this store. The salesperson did a quick install job without balancing. Good thing I saw the whole thing from the glass window seat. He brought the tire to me and I asked him to balance the tire he refused. I asked several times and still he refused. I paid $22 for the installation which should have included the balance + $3.50 for tire disposal fee but I did not have any tire to throw away. Sadly, I had to go to my old tire store and pay $15 for the balance. I felt mistreated.
