I recently visited the Hemet location to have a nail removed from one of my tires, which I had previously purchased from this store. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They not only repaired the puncture but also took the initiative to rotate all of my tires as part of the service, ensuring my car was in optimal condition before I left. The team worked efficiently, and I appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this location for their exceptional service and care!

Tires for both cars were ordered and ready the next morning by Jaime. We took both cars in, and we were both out of there in 30 minutes. Exceptional service, sales, and technicians . The waiting room was spotless, and comfortable. This was a great visit, and they went above our expectations!

Put four brand new tires on the car and the balancing was way off! Pep Boys had to tell me what was wrong with my car.
I came in when it was absolutely not busy at all. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for 4 tires. They worked on it like they were a NASCAR crew, and there were no issues with the tires or installation. Exceptional work, as usual!

If you make an appointment, do walk ins have a priority?
I've been coming here for 4yrs. Customer service and employee knowledge has definitely declined. Guy at counter took 15min just to find my order and was insistent it was never recieved when in fact it was there he was just too stubborn to listen to me when I told him he was looking at the wrong order. They also roll your windows down while its RAINING when they drive your car in and out of the bay. I will definitely be choosing a different tire shop.
