Very busy business. I was very happy I was able to acquire rare tires for my older 1974 VW Super Beetle after finding out 2 others did not carry my needed tires. My car felt easier and smoother to drive after issues with the old tires on my vehicle. Very grateful America’s Tires were able to accommodate my needs.

There knowledge and friendliness was very much appreciated and u did not feel hurried up or any pressure at all....I have a smart car and it took a little bit of time for them to find the tires to fit my car but they did and they did a great job

Bad customer service … never on time

When I arrived, I let an employee from the register know about my appointment. He told me the service would be provided before my appointment time. Then no one showed up and called my name. I've been waiting in the lobby for more than thirty minutes. I think it was not acceptable . Apart from this, everything was perfect and especially the mechanic who provided service to my car is so nice and well knowledgeable .

I would like to express my gratitude to Raul and his team for taking care of me. I had two flat tires: one on the front driver's side and one on the spare. Instead of calling a tow truck to take my car to American Tire, Raul arranged for his team to replace one of the flat tires. This allowed me to take it home so I could replace the flat tire on the car. Next, I would drive the car to them for the replacement of the other three tires. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the second flat tire with me for replacement. Two days later, I returned with the second flat tire, and a team member quickly helped me replace it. Thank you again for your excellent assistance! Thank you, and appreciate your patience and care.
