Great overall visit got my new tire put on in less than 20 minutes also upgraded my tire due to not having it in stock due to some issue but they did forget my center cap but good service overall

Always a good experience. Prices are reasonable and staff is knowledgeable. They are efficient and polite. I do feel however, that on this visit, there were a lot of garage staff that appeared to be standing around doing nothing. This is not the norm. But it seemed like an hour to change two tires was longer than it needed to be. Otherwise, I was very satisfied, and will continue to do business with this store/ company.

After having 2 complete sets of tire from this store in over 4 years, I find the price may be a bit lower, but you pay for that in less than quality service. Long wait times, inexperienced staff, unresponsive management. My last set of tires and the installation and next 6000 mile rotation left me very dissatisfied with AT. At the August 2024 install, I waited over an hour to get my car in, even though an empty bay sat there for an "on-line appointment" unused. After the August install, I had to return to the store within an hour to have corrective action taken. I spoke with the manager and he agreed that the service was subpar...taking $100 off my price. In November 2024 I came for a rotation, made an "on-line" appointment, but still waited a full hour before my car got into service. Then 10 mins later, the staff told me they could not remove my hubcaps without breaking them. I had to leave, went home and looked at the wheels. I had all 4 caps off in less than 5 mins without marring them. I then made another appointment to get the rotation done. This store also does not have adequate parking for the volume of vehicles it services. It shares a 40 space lot with 7 other vehicle service/repair stores and is very frustrating to come here and get "low stress" service. I don't agree to American Tires "TERMS AND CONDITIONS", but that is the check box I need to enable to get my review submitted.

I have used this Concord store multiple times over the past 10 years. Each time the store employees have been very efficient and helpful. Most recently I replaced all four tires and my car was ready 30 minutes ahead of my wait time. Great employees and highly recommended!
