Staff are very professional!
Out of all the years as a woman, taking my car to certain shops. I have never experience such an amazing time at a place for cars. I visited this particular shop on my birthday September 23, 2025, and I have to say that, the way I was treated meant everything to me. Not only was I in distress, but because they took care of me the way that they did I found myself looking for the stress that I walked in there with. Those people are amazing and I’m not at all one of those people that is typical of saying certain things just to get some type of drum up business or something I don’t do that. I say what I have to say and mean it. When I tell you that these gentlemen were nothing but kind to me, I mean, just that. To be honest, I don’t wanna sound corny but, they were like angel sent from heaven. I had to get outside, and change my own tire. Being a woman with already a broken foot, the night before my birthday, I was almost taken out by hitting the back of a parked tractor trailer truck. I was very frightened, still in shock when I got up the next day. Things weren’t looking good for me, birthday wise, and tried to rely on my son‘s assistance and was given grief on top of what I was already experiencing or dealing with. To try and shorten this story, I ended up having to change my own tire, wearing a correction boot for the broken foot, as a woman. So walking in there and receiving the assistance that was given to me, you would’ve had to been there. Please patronize this place, flood their place with business that they’ll stay in business always.
Great service faster and very friendly people
After my last experience with America's tire, I will not be recommending them to anyone. In fact, I would actively advise not using them for any future business. What I thought would be a simple service appointment turned into a logistical nightmare. I purchased 2 tires from America's tire back in February of 2025. It had come time for service, so I made an appointment with them for tire rotation. When the time came, I came in for my appointment and dropped off my vehicle. After about 40 minutes, I received a call and was told my tire had a puncture that is unrepairable, because they found a nail on the shoulder of the tire. I thought the timing of this was quite odd and alarming. It has been 6 months with no issues, and I had just done routine service on my car from an auto shop which I frequent about 2 weeks ago. There was no mention of a tire puncture during that service, nor did I witness any signs of low tire pressure. So, if this were legitimate, this puncture must have happened quite recently. I’d really like to believe this was not done purposefully, but the probability of this happening within the time frame it did, on top of it happening in such a specific area of the tire seems extremely low. After receiving the news about my tire, I mentioned to the store representative to please hold off until I can further inspect the damage as well as assess what they were going to quote me to replace it, as I was 5 minutes away from the store. Once I got to the store, it was brought to my attention that the technicians had already begun to install a new tire. I had been practically forced into purchasing a new tire before they could give me any time to approve. Seeing as I had very little time because I had to return to work, I decided against arguing and decided to bite the bullet and proceed with the purchase of the replacement tire. To make matters worse, when I received my car back after they were finished with the rotation and installation of the new tire, I noticed that my passenger side window was completely unaligned as it had come off the track. Not sure how this had happened but prior to this, my window was working just fine, so this must have happened during the time that America’s tire was servicing my car. I was quite furious at this point. I mentioned this to a technician, who referred me to a store manager whose name was Paul. Paul basically told me that there is not much they can do to help and pointed me in the direction of an auto-body shop, whom of which tried to quote me a high price for the repair of which I was not responsible for damaging in the first place. My car window remains broken, and I am still actively working out how to fix it. All in all, the whole experience felt extremely predatory. What I thought would be a stress-free experience turned out to be a very stressful, costly, utter waste of time. I suggest paying for service elsewhere at a trusted location because if your experience is any bit like mine, they will take advantage of you and damage your vehicle.
