Staff was professional and kind. My service was really quick. I did not wait that long. I had two tires installed and it took me about 20 minutes. Very impressive.

Best appeal of your store was that you had my desired tire brand, size, and tread composition. No others did. I wanted the same style tire as original OEM because only it gave the desired handling characteristics important to safety and driver familiarity.

The folks here were awesome! I had an appointment and ended up running late. I called ahead, worried that I'd have a super long wait because of that, but they pushed my appointment time a little bit. When I got there, they were able to get my car in and out pretty quickly overall, which I'm so grateful for because no one ever plans on getting a flat on their busiest day of the week. Forever grateful for the folks at this location for their level of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness.

Second time they are telling us they will not rotate the tires because they are too worn. Last time, we simply brought our truck to a different site and they rotated them without saying a word. I used to trust America's tire, but not anymore. They try to convince you to buy new tires before the old ones are worn out.

They got me in ahead of schedule and worked fast but told me no charge to swap rims and TPMS but when I got the bill surprise surprise extra 54 dollar fee for switching the sensors over. That kind of thing isnt cool. Should've just said its 50 bucks to switch out the rims.
