I would like to say thank you for and recognize one employee that helped me with my new tires for my wife’s car his name is Daniel and also the installer of the tires I wish I would of gotten his name. Daniel has great customer service and knowledge of the tires he is selling. Employees like Daniel and the tire installer is the reason you will keep customers coming back. Daniel also help me get the correct rim for one of the good tires I had to make it into a spare tire instead of the doughnut tire. Daniel and the installer make sure it all my questions and concerns were answered. I will be going back to get some tires for my son car that are very much needed and without hesitation, he going back to American tires. Thank you again again Daniel and I wish I had gotten his name the Installer for taking the stress of buying new tires. America’s tire I would appreciate if you respond to this review with the installers name so he is recognized for his great customer service and attitude. Employees like them will keep customers coming back all the time.

great store from management down to installers, I take my vehicles to no other tire stores

Although it is a busy store, they allow you to go run your errands and come back within in the hour or so to have your services done. Great customer service and have done significant remodeling that makes the store just about brand new. Keep up the great work associates, I appreciate your hard work in maintaining your customers safety and satisfaction your first priority.

Amazing customer service-prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

Upon arriving an hour earlier than what I asked for on the website, they took me right in. Since I knew what I needed, I was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes. I will be back to get the front tires replaced as soon as I can. I have been in America's Tire store before. I visited the store in Orangevale, CA (Northeast of Sacramento) and was pleased with the service I received from the staff. I would highly recommened Ameria's Tire to take care of your vehicles needs.

Friendly and fast service! Definitely recommend making your appointment online, as it seems to reduce your wait time versus walking in. I made an appointment for tire rotation/balance. I ended up needing 2 new tires and my wait time was about 30-45 minutes. I was pleased with the short wait time for a Saturday! I highly recommend coming here for no hassle tire installation.

Casey was great. I didn’t get the young man’s name who helped me at the tire air pressure area. Very courteous guys all the time.

The customer service was great! My sales person was knowledgeable and efficient. My tires needed to be ordered and I was notified when they were delivered. I had an appointment for installation, I was in and out less than 40 minutes. The whole transaction from start to finish was excellent!!!

I was lied to and spent 3 hours there. I had to come back the next day because the tire that they called me and told me it was in, was not the correct tire! Never going back!
