All the staff as usual were friendly and knowledgeable. I received an email letting me know that my tires arrived at the store. They called me the afternoon before our appointment to let me know my tires arrived and that if I had time they could complete my appointment early.

Andrew answered a phone call and was the person I dealt with when I came into the store. Both interactions were terrific. He understood what I needed, took time to look into it all carefully, told me how long it would take, and called me to let me know the vehicle was done, well within the quoted time.

All the staff at the Gosford store were great! I had a piece of metal in my tire and my spare tire was too old to put on; they put on a good used tire and ordered my new tire. The new tire came in the next morning. They called me and I went back and they put on the new tire and got me on my way.

I had ordered my tires online with an appointment for the following days. The store reached out to me within 30 minutes after ordering my tires and said the tires were in stock and if I wanted them today, to come in and they could work me in, so I did.

Alyssa is amazing! She called me to let me know there was availability for an earlier drop-in time days before my scheduled appointment. She has helped me before and she's always patient and friendly answering questions. All the staff at this location are kind and approachable, great local experience.

Andrew was great! I ordered and bought tires online and had a day and time set up. About an hour before I was scheduled to come in, Andrew called me and said the tires I ordered were unavailable but said he would offer me a different option which was more expensive for the same price!! Great customer service!! Thank you Andrew and America's Tire!

Brent and his entire team did a phenomenal job. Customer service and job quality were excellent, but the most impressive aspect of my experience was the communication. I knew exactly what to expect and they followed through with every expectation.
