I got assistance immediately. I was given an accurate quote and they explained what my warranty included. I was also given an accurate wait time. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

The team there was very helpful, especially Carlos. He did everything he could to make me a satisfied customer. He made suggestions as to what rims would fit my car. He called other stores when I made a selection of what I wanted. If that particular store didn't have the rims isn't stock He called other stores. My experience at this store was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this store and I will be returning when I have a need for tires and rims. Thank you. DW

Employees very knowledgeable and good customer service.

Very unfair store practice. Customers who checked in after me were served before me, I had to wait almost 2 hours, after 1.5 hours when i asked if my car is ready, that is when they serviced my car next. Not the first time at this location for unfair treatment by staff.
