The last time I was having my tires rotated and balanced they cross treaded a lug nut on the wheel stud.... they had to brake it to get the wheel off this time.... I had to take it to a (THEIR) garage to get fixed. Of course they had no time or the parts to fix it. So i had to make an appointment and come back another day. more of my time wasted. even with my appointment the garage didn't order the correct lug nut to fix it. So it took over two hours for them to get the right lug nut and to fix it.

I've been dealing with Duvan at the Greenacres store for quite a while now. He's by far the most knowledgable, professional, kind, and informed "Tire Guy" I've encountered. He's made it his business to develop a personal relationship with me, which is an attribute other customer service reps could learn from. The loyalty this creates with a customer is immeasurable.
