Even though I arrived towards the end of the night, it didn't impact the level of service I received. I have been to four separate America's Tire stores and the service has been consistently stellar. Hence the 5 stars. No common sense reason to shop anywhere else...seriously.

I was very pleased with the work done on my car and was in the time quoted. The store is being remodeled and is under construction, but my pass experiences in the store is that it is very clean.

Highly recommend this location as the workers are super friendly and helpful. When I think of repairing any part of my car, I imagine mechanics trying to upsell me. At America Tires, I was given options and reasons as to why I would prefer one option or the other. I was also able to purchase my tires online and either schedule and appointment or do a walk in for service in my car. Super convenient and super trustworthy.

Store manager Edgar from the Ventura location(Telephone Rd) was extremely helpful. He was able to work with the budget i had and also mentioned of discounts i wasn’t aware of as a AAA member. I prepaid my tires and returned a couple of days later to have them installed. All was going well until i was told my tires had not shown up for whatever reason. Edgar was quick at price matching a set if tires he had in stock(tires were $90 difference per tire) and also installed the best used tire as my spare at no extra charge. I have boughten multiple tires from americas tires through out the years and won’t go anywhere else. Their service is exceptional and always exceeds my expectations. I gladly recommend americas tires and will continue to take my business to them. I would like to thank Edgar and his team from the Ventura location and Frank and his team from the Camarillo location for always taking care of me, much appreciated.

I was able to shop , purchase and book an appointment for service online. Once I got to the store my choices were confirmed, my tires were mounted and I was on my way in 45 minutes.

They run a tight operation. with an appointment and ordering the tires ahead of time online, they got me all squared away in about an hour for 5 tires. I was going to a different size and they made sure to confirm with me that I did that on purpose and did a fit check prior to getting all of them installed. I didn't get everyone's names, but each person I talked to was great to deal with - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. the name on my receipt was Scott, but had a few others answering questions and giving me updates as well. I really liked how the interface with the website is as well. other shops sites seemed more disconnected saying call for quotes and or less informative regarding inventory. it was also very easy to filter and research and sort through reviews. the whole process was very straightforward. all in all, I'm very happy with the experience and my new Cooper tires.

Always professional. Can be very busy. Today it was not so busy and I was able to get out in about 15 minutes.

Made an appointment on the phone after confirming the tire I wanted was in stock. Drove to the store 30 minutes later and had new tires 45 minutes after that. Bam!

I blew a tire on the freeway late in a day so was desperate to get a replacement quickly. Americas Tire had me all set in less than half an hour & I was able to quickly get back on my travels

Got home to find wife's car had a flat, so I booked an appointment for next AM online. I was actually greeted by an employee before I entered the store, he took my flat tire from my truck, had someone start the flat repair, then found me in the system, the flat was repaired in about 15 minutes, they carried it to my truck, and the whole thing was free since I had bought the tires at that store a few months prior. Excellent service!

I came into the Ventura location of America's Tire to have a nail removed from a tire and to price new tires for purchase in the near future. I was so impressed by the service and the store I scheduled an appointment the following Monday to purchase four new Yokohana tires for my 2013 Honda CR-V and I am VERY pleased with the price, warranties and service. Had to go 3 times in one day because I was told my tire pressure sensor light would go off once I drive. I know it always goes off automatically but the guy insisted it would go off once I drive. The light didn't go off until I went back to get air in my tire that they originally said they put in.
