Have been buying from America's /Discount Tire for over 20 years, they beat even Navy base deals, or match and give me the military discount, which I appreciate! I have never had an issue, and they stand by their policy regarding tires,and wheels!

When I visited American Tire, I had two different experiences, and I want to recognize the one that truly stood out. On my return visit, Jose took the time to come outside with me, look closely at my vehicle, and talk through the tire fitment. I have a 2-inch lift, and he was honest and thoughtful about the possibility of minor rubbing, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. That kind of transparency and attention to detail goes a long way. What really impressed me was his professionalism and patience. He listened, answered my questions without rushing, and treated me with respect. Because of him, I felt confident in my purchase and appreciated as a customer. The shop is clearly very busy, but Jose still made customer service a priority. That experience is the reason I’m giving this recognition and why I’ll continue coming back. Excellent service like that deserves to be acknowledged.

I had a very good experience with the store. The gentleman that help me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I had to say and had suggestions. I bought two new tires and had another valve stem replaced. within a hour the job was done. Great Job!
