I didn't make an appointment but the wait was only about 10 minutes. Damon inspected the car and helped with recommendations. He said they would be done in two hours and called in less than two hours. Overall a good experience.

Everyone I dealt with was really great. Positive experience all around. They took time to explain advanced tire concepts to me (cupping, tire rotation) which is great. I've been a long time customer and am happy with these guys. Oh and they have the best warranty in the biz.
