Very friendly and patient staffs, gets my tires done quick and on time!

Made a reservation and ordered my tires from the America’s Tires website. Dropped off my vehicle the morning of the appointment and was able to pickup my vehicle within a couple of hours. Total time spent in store was less than 20 minutes. America’s Tires has excellent prices and a good selection. Was able to get the exact tires I wanted for my Nova. My truck is due for a new set of tires soon and I will be using America’s Tires again.

Despite these circumstances, each employee demonstrated exceptional proficiency in enhancing the customer experience. They provided personalized attention, creating a sense of familiarity despite our recent acquaintance. Having conducted thorough research beforehand, I was cognizant of the current promotions and discounts. Notably, Mark proactively applied these discounts during checkout without any prompting from my end. I commend the team's collaborative efforts and encourage them to maintain this commendable level of service.

Was sold a service to have my rear windshield wiper blade replaced. When I tried to use my rear wiper, the wiper became stuck under my spoiler. After investigating, it was clear they installed the wrong size blade (too long). Because the incorrect size was installed (too long) it scratched the paint under my rear spoiler. Additionally the blade because lodge in a vertical position because it could not make a full range motion due to the long blade. Extremely upset that a simple service resulted in damage of my car, not to mention having to figure out how to get the arm to dislodge. Went back to the store to get a refund on the incorrect rear wiper blade. Representative could care less about the issue or damage. Should have known better than to be sold on this “add on” service. Will not be returning to this store or America Tire in the future.

Friendly staff, fast service

I give it a 4.5 rating. I'll take 0.5 points off because there is not enough parking, tight parking, or room to drive. This is because of the way the shopping area is designed. It's too bad they didn't get to take over the Sears Auto Motive Center when they went out of business.

I placed my order online as America's had very competive pricing. Out of all the research I did America's was the lowest priced. Very easy process to do it online. I called to got an earlier appointment and had all 4 tires put on within a days time. Customer service was right on top of getting their customer in and out in a timely manner. Great experience. Would definetly recommend America's Tire.
