Very friendly and patient staffs, gets my tires done quick and on time!

Made a reservation and ordered my tires from the America’s Tires website. Dropped off my vehicle the morning of the appointment and was able to pickup my vehicle within a couple of hours. Total time spent in store was less than 20 minutes. America’s Tires has excellent prices and a good selection. Was able to get the exact tires I wanted for my Nova. My truck is due for a new set of tires soon and I will be using America’s Tires again.

During my initial visit to the store, I observed that the ongoing showroom gallery renovation posed certain challenges for the staff. Despite these circumstances, each employee demonstrated exceptional proficiency in enhancing the customer experience. They provided personalized attention, creating a sense of familiarity despite our recent acquaintance. Having conducted thorough research beforehand, I was cognizant of the current promotions and discounts. Notably, Mark proactively applied these discounts during checkout without any prompting from my end. I commend the team's collaborative efforts and encourage them to maintain this commendable level of service.

Careful with your clean interior, took my Tesla here for tire rotation and left with black grease stains on my interior, the sun visor.

Was sold a service to have my rear windshield wiper blade replaced. When I tried to use my rear wiper, the wiper became stuck under my spoiler. After investigating, it was clear they installed the wrong size blade (too long). Because the incorrect size was installed (too long) it scratched the paint under my rear spoiler. Additionally the blade because lodge in a vertical position because it could not make a full range motion due to the long blade. Extremely upset that a simple service resulted in damage of my car, not to mention having to figure out how to get the arm to dislodge. Went back to the store to get a refund on the incorrect rear wiper blade. Representative could care less about the issue or damage. Should have known better than to be sold on this “add on” service. Will not be returning to this store or America Tire in the future.
