Incredible service! I got all new tires and I feel so good about it. Wow. Even though it was about a half-hour drive away to an alignment-capable location—everything was fast and efficient. A company that runs like this is worth the extra distance. I’m so impressed.  What is in the water over there? Such a collection of focused young men, who are polite and efficient, clear-eyed and neat in appearance. No slackers encountered or in view. They seemed to love their jobs, and I wondered if their pride came feeling valued, for good work as a team. Thanks to a family member recommending tirerack.com, also owned by the company, I could educate myself and knew exactly what I was getting. I also knew exactly how much I would be paying. I appreciate that it was linked to the manufacturer, so also got an instant $80 rebate! Ka-ching I appreciated knowing the exact installation fee. The wheel alignment at the same time— was a big savings compared to my dealership. No vague estimate expected to balloon when done.  Online appointment selection was friction-free, helpful since it was after-hours to call. I used the “journey tracker” and it was no problem when I called that I would be a few minutes late due to traffic. ETA given and monitored. Met. After reading reminders in the waiting area, I discovered at close that the registration from purchasing is electronically forwarded to the tire maker for me, so I don’t have to fill and send a card. Nice touch. Probably one of the best service experiences I’ve had, start to finish. When I was leaving, the guy who handed me the keys pointed out that the “check pressure” light was still on. His guess was a dead sensor, on either one or even all 4 tires. He said those sensors go out after about five years. Gave their standard pricing compared to dealer average. A dealership right next door had been unavailable for an oil change, after multiple calls checking. So unlikely to get sensor check and expensive fix, any time soon. I now trusted this place for an honest, good-value handling. I asked if they, “America’s Tires,” could do it while I was still there (late afternoon and with still full bays) and he sent me back inside to check. The guy behind the counter, Brandon, went out immediately (despite a crowd around the busy counters) and said he could tell me in two minutes which ones and how many had gone bad; then he would have to see if they had time to fix it.  Watching thru the window, I saw him call for a gadget to be brought to him and then he consulted with a couple of people in the garage. When he came back in, he said all the sensors were still good! He explained that after 10-15 minutes, the sensor notification would disappear. “If the sensor alert blinks, it’s bad, but if you notice that again, flat on, it should be accurate.” He told me the individual sensor numbers were registered as on and also each was confirmed communicating with the dash. Thorough. I was thrilled that he took the time to give me attention and detailed feedback, AFTER the service appointment had been complete. Rare care these days. By the way, to watch my tires worked on and see the whole process was fantastic. Like watching chefs cook, it gave me patience and appreciation for the coordinated process, as well as organized, purpose-specific tools. Coming to a specialist service, the expertise showed. Soon I was driving on the freeway with great confidence, sailing smoothly over every bounce, with the dash quickly cleared of any alerts! One less thing to worry about. So glad I investigated to comparison shop, after my dealer gave me such an expensive prognosis. Such a good company!  = one that prioritizes customer service and manages to transmit that mission to employees. THANK YOU, Discount/America’s Tires. I’ll be back!

My visit for tire rotation was very pleasant. The in store representative I had dealt with was knowledgable. he had me in and out within 20 minutes. The showroom is very clean and modernized. America's Tire in Simi Valley is a great location to get your tire needs.

Everyone was very helpful and the service was quick...while I waited. They did an extra check on one of my wheels that tends to leak air at no extra charge and they explained everything to me in a way I could understand. They said to bring it back if it happens again. Excellent experience!! :)

It was a pleasant experience, however the wait time this time around was rather lengthy. It has been five years since I was at this store and I do miss the free coffee you used to serve.

Everyone at the Simi Store are kind, courteous and professional. They all should be recognized for their outstanding performance. The property is always clean and the inside of the store is a little sterile and plain but always clean as well. They also have great prices. This is why myself and family continue to use Americas tire as our tire supplier.

Joseph was quick to assist and knowledgeable of the issue I had with my tire. I appreciated his professionalism. While the repair service was slow, if there's an ability to make an appointment, they say the wait times are much shorter. Since this was a flat tire, there was nothing I could do differently in getting service when I needed it.

I trust this company and this store. The employees are well trained and professional.
