New Tires and Wheel Store in Signal Hill, CA 90755

Thanks to Sean and all the employees at the Signal Hill store. Sean was helpful in providing a quote, ordering the tires and letting me know when they would be in store. Within 2 days of getting the quote and ordering the tires they were installed. I was at the store for 45 minutes and drove away happy with the entire experience!

So I go to the store and I find out I have three nails in my tires. My tires are basically brand new with all the construction area. I now have nails went to the store. These gentlemen came out, looked at my tires, said they would remove the nails and there wouldn’t be any charge. I looked at them like a deer in the headlights and said you gotta be kidding me nobody does anything for free what’s the catch and they said there isn’t a catch ma’am will take care of your tires. You’ll be out of here within 45 minutes. Who does that nowadays Service oh my goodness I am thrilled to death. I will buy all of my tires from the store.

I always get great service from this American's Tire Store. The staff is nice, professional and helpful. I never have to wait long and the delivery of the auto is right on time.

Always best to set appointments for tires and automotive maintenance. Americas tire service, pricing and time cannot be beat. Every where else overcharges and leaves you with no real time frame. Highly reccomend Signal Hill location to all regional residents.

Absolute incredible customer service. Very polite the invoices up front before you even get any work done and it's very easy to understand and decipher. One of the staff comes out and looks at your vehicle and inspects everything and checks the odometer and the tires they listen to what you are trying to achieve and what products you're trying to get and they guide you into the best solution. The safety at this store the teamwork and the safety standards are absolutely 100 million percent on. As an Edison construction worker myself I noticed things like that the right tools and the right equipment very important. They have a standard procedure they also honk the horn when they go in they honk the horn when the car comes out for safety reasons they have a spotter back in the vehicle up so the customer's property doesn't get damaged and nobody gets injured very important in addition to expeditious professional service with the right tools and the right up to date calibrated equipment. The teamwork in cohesiveness of everybody working together as one is absolutely incredible. The cleanliness of the store is remarkable the restrooms the drinking fountain the waiting area very comfortable clean well thought out. Sean was absolutely incredible with helping me get the tires that I wanted which matched my performance goals for my vehicle. As a walk-in customer without an appointment I was helped within 5 minutes and the weight wasn't that terrible I could see the workers in the bay doing their job professionally and not cutting corners but following procedure. A worker came out and notified me that my car was ready all the staff were friendly and very communicated excellent definitely I'm a customer for life
