Have been to this store several times now. Service is always excellent. Representatives are obliging and personable; inspections, repairs and explanations thorough and transparent.

The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Treat everyone with respect and explain about your tire needs. I have been a long time customer and expect to remain so.

The team was able to get me in on scheduled time and was very professional and the shop team was very friendly when handing the truck back over to me and answered every question I had for them when asked.

They didn’t put the right amount of air in my tires so I had to return and have that done immediately after I left my service appointment. Also, they list my tire stem cover and I had to Point that out and ask the guy to go find it. This crew is definitely not paying attention to details. I didn’t get an ETA or any paperwork at all for my service which was a balance, rotation and slow leak repair ( nail ). The app does not accurately reflect the times and progress of my appointment. Sad because this place use to be stellar. :(

Professional, knowledgeable and clean cut, technicians. Clean customer area and shop area. Tire change was quick, the alignment took a little longer. Over all good experience.

The is my updated review and follow up from the previous one. As expected, America's Tire at SLO were friendly and professional. The technician understood my concern immediately and fixed it perfectly. Will come back again and would recommend any new to give them a shot. Keep it up guys !

Amazing customer service by entire staff - Ryan, Gabriel, Frankie, Saunteel basically everyone is the best. The customer service is so good that I chose to ignore some of the things that I found after service. Things like uneven tire pressure on either side of the vehicle, I had a 10 PSI difference after a 3 hour cool down, had to manually deflate/reinflate the car and the car shakes when braking from high speeds. I am sure my issues will be addressed hopefully when I take it back this week.
