New Tires and Wheel Store in Rocklin, CA 95765

I bought my tires from this particular shop. Today I came in for a free tire rotation and they informed I needed one thing after another. Naturally, I was annoyed and told them so. They were so gracious and took care of me, to my utter surprise, no charge. I was shocked. This was unexpected and extremely appreciated! I will forever come back to this store because they care and I know they will take care of me. I also expect that I will have to pay for my future services. Thank you to Brenton- who was extremely polite and his service manager!!

We’ve been going to (this) America’s Tire since we got our second set of tires for our old 08 Camry. When we got our first Tesla (MS) in 2016 we were scared that tire stores didn’t know how to properly work on them without damaging the battery pack. Well now we’re on our third Tesla (MS, MYP, MXP) and this store is the only non-Tesla tire shop we trust! Guessing ICE cars also get the same treatment too.

Ask for Ozzy. He was very helpful and took care of me after a very minor issue with a tire. He went out of his way to make it right and really went the extra mile. I appreciated his attention to detail and desire to make sure I was confident in the product. You don’t get service like that at any store.

In and out in less then an hour. Great knowledge of tires.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Although they were incredibly busy everyone was kind and quick. Stanford Ranch made it the best experience. Will be back and will be recommending this store!

If you want to go to a tire spot that has no knowledge in what happens when you hit a pothole and feel free to come to the store me personally I won’t come back to the store at all I will drive farther to go to another American tire because of the lack of knowledge this place is get you in and get you out as fast as possible without actually addressing the situation you have I end up having a bent rim that Firestone figured out for me simply taking the tiers off and putting it on the balancer and looking at the tire as it is spinning I asked American tire if they did that on my truck they told me no it was a balance issue mind you it happened at parking lot speed you would feel something was wrong the truck would go up and down but they assured me it was just a balance issue so supposedly they balance that tire but when I went back two days later it was off an ounce again so I don’t even think they got the tire balanced and they failed to put weights on the other tires so now I have to return to American tire to get all my tires rebalanced because they did not do it correctly I would not recommend this store did you not know anything about vehicles it’s slapping Tires on and getting the customer out as fast as possible and not actually handling the situation Management is no smarter they did not take care of my situation I had to go to a Competitor fire stone and they got me figured out just putting the tire on the balancer and looking at it thanks for failing America’s tire I will never recommend you you lost a customer

Employees try to upsell us on tires and said we need to replacement, and then when we called them out on their warranty claims, they said oh well we can’t actually replace them under warranty. And then while rotating our current tires, they broke our back steps because their employees are unfamiliar with where to let the car from.
