Your employees here in Riverside were great. Great customer service skills. And they helped almost right away and I didn't have to wait long for my car. It really does pays to make an appointment.

I have purchased tires from the store before and was always very satisfied. My most recent visit was unplanned. I left my house during a rain storm and found that my wiper blades were coming apart. I stopped in the store for new blades. The salesman helped me right away and without hesitation said he would install the blades immediately. After I purchased the blades he went outside and installed them on my car during a light rain. He was professional and friendly the entire time. I will continue to shop at America's Tire.

I had specific requests that they do not torque a lug nut on an indicated damaged stud. Wanted all studs to have anti seize, and only 28lbs in the front tires, not checking the back pressure. They did that even after transferring the ticket from service writer to installer. Then went over and above tightening all lug nuts with a torque wrench.

I’ve had many experiences with America’s tire for all the different tires I’ve put on my Toyota Tacoma. Although I've shopped at America's Tire years ago, the reason I went this time is because my daughter had a flat tire and they repaired it no charge. I realize that is something the store does to perhaps make a return customer. The reason I was impressed was that they treated my daughter with respect, did not try to sell her a bunch of things she didn't need. It's rare to find an automotive based business that does not try to take advantage of a young woman. Thanks America's Tire.
