I went in needing new tires and was a little overwhelmed by the options, but Nate went just above and beyond to assist me. He didn't just point me to a few choices; he took the time to patiently walk me through various tire options, making the shopping process clear and easy. What truly set him apart was how thoroughly he explained each warranty. He made sure I understood all the details without making me feel rushed. Nate was happy, informative, and professional the entire time. His excellent customer service made what is usually a big chore a very pleasant experience.
