Tl;dr: Tire got punctured at 3am and these dudes fixed it when the big box store couldn’t. Great selection and customer service. 10/10 Wednesday, December 4, 2024 was a stressful day for me. My tire got punctured by a discarded bike in the middle of the road and I had no means to get to my job at three in the morning. My solution was ride share, but to be honest I dislike ride shares. After returning home to Redwood City it was time to get my tire fixed. My first stop was the big box store that has a store shop. I thought they would solve my issue like years past, however, they couldn’t and their wait times for tires was unacceptable. So I threw a Hail Mary and called America’s tire and instantly they had my solution. I made my way over and within an hour they had replaced my old tires with brand new Goodyear tires. Ive had them for two days now they’re so good. They make my car so much quieter than it used to be when I had my old tires from the big box store. On top of that their sales associates(?) err tire specialist went above and beyond in providing a a comprehensive customer service expierncd that included clarity on the tire purchase, friendliness, and patience. I really appreciated that they took care of my car and removed the old punctured tire from that morning. I left America’s tire feeling satisfied with their selection of tires and their customer service. Overall 10/10 would come back.

I was so impressed with this location, staff was number one and efficiency exceeded all my expectations. Was not sure what to expect, but co-workers seem to rave about America's Tire. Initial intent was to get a slow leak evaluated, unfortunately, was possible to fix given the tire had 3 prior repairs. What impressed me about the overall experience was the people, very friendly and objective with my options - never felt pressured to buy anything. They had handheld devices with the tech to measure tread, life of tire, etc - was well integrated with their system to provide me the details I needed in one shot. Allowed me to easily make decision on what to do next. Also key for me was the protection of my wheels during install. I'm always concerned with TPMS / scratches on the rims - Glad to say, came through unscathed. Will definitely use them in the future.

Very friendly but not Thorough with everything they did to the car. Also, I wanted to get an item from the car and they told me that the car was being worked on when actually I was still in the market. I just need to get my charger for my phone since I was low on battery, overall very funny, and at the end, he really didn’t explain to me what was done on the car they were rushed versus the last time I took my car in.
