The tire that was repaired was not purchased at AMERICA'S TIRE. It was a tire on a vehicle with only 7000 miles on it since the rig was purchased. Very impressed that the service was free, so it is a pretty good bet that when it comes time to buy tires I will be coming back here to at least get a bid on replacements. Joe

I’ve gone to America’s Tire twice and both times I’ve received great customer service! Louie and Shaun are wonderful workers and they take pride in their work and make sure that customers are happy. You could tell they enjoy their job. Compared to other tire shops in the area, America’s Tire is the best! Keep up the great work!

I rarely take the time to submit reviews, and I realize most people do so when NOT satisfied, but this is just the opposite. I just felt I needed to hop on here and type a few lines as my expectations were exceeded on all fronts: from my sales rep, Vaughn, to the whole team who were able to install my 4-tire purchase AND do the Total Alignment in just a tad over an hour! I was certain it would take twice that....NOT! Anyway, bravo gentlemen...thanks yet again.

Friendly and knowledgeable

The staff explain to me the process of repairing my left rear tire. At the same time he inspected the front tires and indicated they are both starting to get warn on the side - which could be an alignment issue. He suggested I make an appointment to have the alignment checked and tires inspected for wear. I showed up today without an appointment, just to get the rear tire repaired, which was my immediate need. They did a great job.

They suck. Would give them a 0 if it was an option. They made me wait three hours when I had an appointment and wrote work order for the wrong tire after I told them multiple times which tire to check. Will never be back. Will share with everyone I know.

Long wait time for an appointment. Long service time due to being busy. Missing lug nut cap from improper installation after putting new tires on. Employees were friendly but clearly overworked and too busy running all around like crazy. Employee that helped me was nice but slow due to being new I would assume and not having much support. In the future I would go elsewhere simply because of how busy they were which made them slow. My 8:45 appointment turned into 9:30 before my vehicle made it into the shop.
