I have been a customer of this store for about 12 years - The service/staff & competitive pricing has ALWAYS been outstanding , why would I ever go elsewhere ? 10 out of 10 Superb organization , Keep up the great work guys.

4 Tires were ordered through an in store associate the week prior to and arrived a few days prior my visit. After the tires and wheels were removed from my vehicle and broken down I was informed that one of the new tires were damaged. The damage was not caused by store personnel, however the result was I had to make a return trip to the store the following day so that the tire replacement could be completed. I have a 50 mile round trip drive to patronize this store. This situation caused a serious inconvenience. This situation could have been avoided if the store employees had inspected the tires prior to scheduling my appointment. There seem to be an attitude that it was no big deal for me to have to return to the store to have the service completed. Nothing was offered to me to reduce the impact for this inconvenience either. Even though they said I would have priority when I returned, of the handful of people I had arrived with, I was the last to have work completed. I've been very appreciative of the service I've received at America's Tire for many years in the past. This experience is not what I have come to expect. I will likely use a different store in the future.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Great service. Made my purchase and appointment the day before and received great recommendation upgraded my purchase for a nominal fee as a result of the technician pointing out that I was entitled to a AAA membership discount Got priority service as a result of making an appointment.

This is a very busy store. First stop in for inspection took about 30 minutes just to talk to someone. Second stop to get new tires took about 2 hours. Front desk Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable but tires were expensive and not balanced properly upon installation. Given this was an emergency replacement, had no choice but to pay. However, very disappointing that they were out of balance and required an another trip to get them properly balanced.

As a canadian snowbird really appreciated having tire repaired (screw) and done for free. Very much appreciated. Mar. 30/2026
