Had a reservation, but it still took way too long to get my car in. Valve stem caps were not screwed down. Technician left the lifting, pucks attached to my car when I was ready to drive away. Simply sloppy work. Unimpressive.

Jonathan and the team were very friendly, professional and the work was done VERY quickly. What was most appreciated was that no one tried to sell me what I didn't need.

I made an appointment and my experience still ran quite long, almost 2 hours overall, however, when I brought to their attention that my car was still in the lot and we were two minutes from the window I was promised, they did bump it up and get the rotation and balance done ASAP. The lobby was wild the day I was there but, the staff were friendly with me. I would always recommend making an appointment so you have some extra assurances to fall back on, otherwise, it could take several hours. I am giving it 3 stars bc the experience was stressful and not particularly well-managed, but I imagine it is like that at every location. I'd always recommend making an appointment, otherwise only go if you have little or nothing to do with the rest of your day and you can chill.

Very professional. One problem, actually my own fault. I left a thermos behind and it was gone 1/2 hour later when I came back.
