America’s Tires is the only tire shop I trust. Hands down. Their exceptional customer service truly sets them apart and makes the entire experience worthwhile. Buying tires—especially unexpectedly is stressful, but they always go out of their way to work with you and make the process as smooth as possible. They’re honest, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. I’ve consistently had great experiences at every America’s Tires location I’ve visited. Customer service isn’t always an easy job but they knock it out of the park. Also shout out to the guys who are changing out our tires and moving as fast as possible while taking care of our vehicles. Appreciate you! Thank you guys!

booked my visit two days in advance and prepaid online for 4 new tires and an alignment. When I arrived, the staff confirmed the services I ordered and I ended up upgraded my tires. Everything seemed fine at first. After the alignment was completed, I was told they could not perform an accurate alignment on the front and rear passenger side due to a bolt issue on one side. It didnt make sense as to why the one side only... Instead of clearly explaining the problem or offering a solution, they tried to send me on my way. When I asked them to please try again, the technician rolled his eyes and came back with the same explanation, telling me to go to the dealer to fix it, or order the part and return within 30 days. This was very disappointing and frustrating. If they knew they couldn’t complete the alignment, I would not have booked or prepaid for the service. The lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience even worse. Overall, I’m unhappy with both the service and the way I was treated, and I would not recommend this location.
