Friendly staff members who take customer service seriously! They told me I would be there for approximately one hour and I was. I would highly recommend this location.

I recommend the Northridge store to anyone. I have used this store for about 25 years. And have found all American tire stores to be the same where ever I have needed to use them.. Good and professional

Better than what I expected. Great service with a smile. Left me wallet in the car and it was there untouched when I came to get the car the next day. Those guys are honest and have pride in their work. All 4 new Hankook ION EVOs were perfectly installed and ride great on my Tesla. The whole experience was five-star.

I have gone to America's Tire Store for over 20 years. All of their associates are friendly, nice, knowledgeable and always willing to help. They never try to over sell you on something you don't need! I won't go anywhere else!!!

Excellent customer service!

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I had called before hand to make sure the store had the brand I was looking for and they did, so I made an appointment the same day. Once I was there they noticed my tire pressure light on the dashboard which had been on for a few months. I ended up needing the tire sensors and windshield wipers replaced. I was happy I didn’t wait long at the store. It only took them an hour and 5 minutes to get new tires, sensors and windshield wipers. I’m definitely coming back to this location again!

I purchased on line and just went for the service, due to web issues couldn’t make an appointment. The area before they enter the vehicle for service is full of debris, they should keep that area free of nails and valves that can pinch the tires.

Everything was good, except that they did not offer me a discount with my triple A plan :(
