Super helpful Associate Dylan was. I came in and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes. He went the extra mile and courteously said sure we will fix that flat repair, and even at no charge. Super knowledgeable and very professional, and hugely Customer Service Orientated. Then the gentleman that did the tire repair was super friendly, and the patch he did looked very well done. Then pulled my car around to where I was. Thanked me, and was very pleasant. Thank both of you for a fast and pleasant experience. I appreciate both of you going the extra mile for me.

Every employee was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with their customer service skills throughout my wait. The wait was a little longer than expected but not problematic. I do wish the waiting area had some more comfortable seating, maybe water and coffee. But the team here is impressive and I am happy with their work!

I ordered my tires, made the appointment, went in, was greeted in the parking lot, they put the tires on along new wiper blades, and I was out of there quickly. Very good service.

I wanted to replace the tires that I had previously purchased with warranty, but despite this, a huge price difference was taken from me. This is not nice at all.
