Mr. Fox is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your options and answer questions. I like the fact that they take care of you quickly without long wait times. Overall, my experience with America's Tire is great!

The Service was good. Could be better service if you made an appointment before go to the store.

Super helpful Associate Dylan was. I came in and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes. He went the extra mile and courteously said sure we will fix that flat repair, and even at no charge. Super knowledgeable and very professional, and hugely Customer Service Orientated. Then the gentleman that did the tire repair was super friendly, and the patch he did looked very well done. Then pulled my car around to where I was. Thanked me, and was very pleasant. Thank both of you for a fast and pleasant experience. I appreciate both of you going the extra mile for me.

Every employee was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with their customer service skills throughout my wait. The wait was a little longer than expected but not problematic. I do wish the waiting area had some more comfortable seating, maybe water and coffee. But the team here is impressive and I am happy with their work!
