This store has been great to me! Very helpful staff, especially Paul! They have taken care of me and made sure I wasn’t charged extra for unnecessary work. Very professional. Can’t recommend this store highly enough.

To many employees standing around in one spot. One employee disrespecting another customers car and almost backing in to another customer’s car that an employee was driving. Mentioned this to Paul a manager once I mentioned this to him his demeanor towards me changed to the worst. On my way home there was a lot of rattling going on at the rear of my vehicle. Found out when they lowered my spare to check tire pressure the didn’t secure my spare and it was literally swinging around. Made want to check my tire pressure. Asked for 65psi and only one was close to 65 and all the rest were 59-62psi. Since this was incorrect I decided to check my wheel torque and out of32 lug nuts 3 were under 120# the rest were at 110#. Seems if they had one person checking air and possibly the same person checking torque things would be more consistent. It seems that most America tire stores are more into speed than attention to details. This hasn’t been my only disappointment this is just the first time I decided to give a negative review. It’s a shame that some managers aren’t doing a very efficient job.
